The most traditional flavor from Spain straight to your table: this is García Baquero cheese

A Heritage Born in La Mancha

Founded in 1962 in Alcázar de San Juan (Ciudad Real), García Baquero began as a small, artisanal cheese factory started by Jesús García Baquero. What began with the collection of milk from local villages soon became one of the most recognized cheese brands in Spain and beyond.

Even today, García Baquero remains committed to traditional cheesemaking, while embracing modern techniques to ensure consistent quality.

What Sets García Baquero Apart?

The excellence of García Baquero cheese comes from its combination of premium raw ingredients and a carefully controlled aging process. By using a balanced mix of cow, goat, and sheep milk, the brand creates cheeses with complex flavor profiles, smooth textures, and reliable quality.

Whether you prefer mild, creamy cheeses or stronger, more aged varieties, García Baquero offers something for every palate.
