Right of Withdrawal
The statutory return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by any accessories or gifts included. Once the condition of the products has been verified, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method employed by the customer.
The costs arising from returning products shall be borne by the buyer. Customers may arrange return shipping themselves or, if they prefer us to arrange it, we will inform them of the corresponding cost during the return process.
The following products cannot be returned unless they are defective:
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery (for example, cosmetic products), or products that have become inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
- Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (for example, food or perishable products or products with a short expiry date).
- Daily newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
