To calculate shipping costs, we use the weight/volume factor, as shipping companies apply their rates based on both the total weight and the volume of the order, always using whichever is greater. For this reason, the actual weight of your order may not always match the weight/volume indicated during checkout, although it will be very similar.
All amounts shown include the applicable tax. We recommend checking for any restrictions in your country before making a purchase, as Your Spanish Corner will not be held responsible for any customs delays or issues.

Has your order arrived damaged?
We put all our effort and care into packaging your order as securely as possible. For the exterior, we use exclusive boxes designed for Your Spanish Corner, while inside we use various types of protective packaging, such as additional boxes, special protectors for delicate bottles and insulated polystyrene packaging. Even so, occasionally an order may arrive damaged. If this happens, please take photographs of any damage to the outer packaging and of the damaged products both inside and outside the box. Send these photographs along with your order reference number to info@yourspanishcorner.com so that we can submit a claim to the carrier's insurance, arrange compensation for the damaged products and offer you a solution.
